**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Customer Service:** Greet and serve customers with a warm smile, ensuring they have a pleasant experience from the moment they enter until they leave.
2. **Order Management:** Take accurate orders and relay them to the barista team efficiently.
3. **Cleanliness:** Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor, which includes clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep.
4. **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about our coffee offerings, food menu, and any promotions or events. Be ready to make recommendations to our guests.
5. **Cash Handling:** Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
6. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow staff and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
7. **Adherence to Policies:** Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines and regulations.
