Revolution Home Care was established in 2015, with the objective of improving and challenging the local care sector. Pay Rates
At Revolution you will be rewarded for your standard of work and duration of service.
0-3 Months of service £11.73 PH
3-12 Months of service £11.93 PH
12 months of service £12.25 PH
Bank Holiday Rate £15.50 PH
Pick Up Rate (In-Region) £12.65 PH
Pick Up Rate (Out-Region) £14.40 PH
Per Mile £0.45
Rates are reviewed and increased every year.
Shifts
We have a variety of shifts to suit all availability:
- Morning/Dinner Runs (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM + Alternative Weekends)
- Tea/Bed Runs (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM + Alternative weekends)
- Full Flex (mixture of both the above runs, more suited for full-time hours)
- Set Working Days (choose what days you want to work + Alternative weekends)
Continuity
At Revolution we want our carers to see the same clients every time they go out on shift, this does not only enhance the personal experience for the clients, but it also allows our carers to become more confident in calls and build an extensive understanding of what their client’s needs are.
Additional Hours
Due to our diverse client base, staff has the option to pick up additional hours as and when they like by picking up night shifts or additional home care hours.
Career Progression
Internal promotions are the only way we recruit for higher roles, whether that is for a Team Leader role, Care Leader role and Care Coordinator roles.
