Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper presentation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
