The Role

Internal Recruiter - 21 hours per week over 3 days (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) - remote working - £13.91 per hour

Do you have previous experience of high volume internal recruitment? Perhaps for a facilities, construction, retail or manufacturing company? Have you recruited across multiple sites whilst business partnering with hiring managers? Are you looking for a chance to work part-time from home?

Due to an expansion within our recruitment team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter. You would be part of a job share, 3 days per week in a busy environment and experience with high volume campaigns is essential. You will be working within a friendly team managing the end-to-end recruitment of a variety of roles within APCOA parking. This is a great opening; allowing the right person to work from home, 7 hours per day over 3 days each week. Perfect for work/life balance!

Could this be you? Your duties would include:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process including contracts and onboarding onto our internal training programmes
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their team and needs
  • Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers to fulfil the needs of the business
  • Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to internal stakeholders regarding suitable applicants
  • Conduct initial screening of CVs and initial teams interviews with candidates
  • Arrange interviews for applicants
  • Consulting on pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between APCOA and applicants
  • Advise both APCOA and applicants on pay rates, training and career progression
  • Review recruitment policies to ensure success of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
  • Work with hiring managers to recognise and promote internal talent

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience, educated to degree level or relevant experience and ATS Knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience of business partnering with hiring managers
  • Previous experience of managing high volume recruitment campaigns across multiple sites
  • Good communication skills; both oral and written
  • Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous and will make the role a key position in our Company
  • Strong leadership skills and people management skills
