Campanile is one one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth largest hotel chain in the world. Campanile hotels are two/three-star hotels and are characterised by the homely atmosphere and the informal, but professional contact with our guests. There are 17 hotels across the UK in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. The number of rooms in our hotels varies from 47 to 130 rooms. As a Room Assistant you will be involved in duties such as:
Implement & respect chain's SOP
Implement corrective action after guest review, mystery visit and complaint letter
Register stock in & out
Organise linen & welcome product stores
Refill housekeeping trolley
Participate in the opening and closing of the department
Ensure guest safety
Knowledge and skills required
Training & Basic knowledge of hospitality
One-year experience in hospitality Ability to understand and follow guidelines Knowledge of health & safety procedures -Conversational English &Basic housekeeping technical skills
