We are looking for a talented and experienced Figma and UX Designer to join our team in Corsham, Wiltshire. As a Figma and UX Designer, you will work closely with the Business Operations Managerto shape the day-to-day delivery and future direction of our products. You will contribute to innovative ideas, solve problems creatively, and translate them into logical and customer-centric solutions. Your work will adhere to best practice user-centred design (UCD) principles and brand standards across our product & clientportfolio.

What you will be doing:
Key Responsibilities
- The production of mock-ups, functional wireframes, screen layouts, colour palettes, typography, user interface elements for new and existing client builds
- To be able to create fully responsive website and landing page designs
- To undertake design reviews and critiques
- Assist clients in building briefs as and when required
- To provide input and help conduct usability and QA testing
- To manage and work collaboratively with freelancers and server-side teams
- To work closely with key stakeholders/clients to communicate design strategy and rationale
- To undertake discovery and UX sessions with clients
- To present design concepts to clients
- Able to produce presentation decks and marketing material (digital and printed)
Must haves (or convince us you can do these!)
- 3 years industry experience in a Creative / Digital / Technical / Software environment
- Our clients often need assistance in building briefs so you will have the experience and soft skills to facilitate this when required.
· Prior experience with a focus on UX design, demonstrating a strong portfolio of relevant work.
· Experience designing and prototyping for TV or mobile platforms, ensuring optimised user experiences on these devices.
- A strong understanding of web development and existing web development/design trends and fluency with web terminology
- A good understanding of CMS / CRM platforms (i.e. WordPress)
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop and a good understanding of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
- A creative and innovative soul who is able to produce eye catching marketing and presentation materials.
- Generate innovative ideas, solve problems creatively, and develop coherent solutions that prioritise our customers needs
· Proficiency in UCD design principles and methodologies, including creating user journeys, user flows, site maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
· Utilise your solid understanding of UCD, human interface guidelines, standards and best practises as they relate to different platforms and devices to execute UX Design Work.
· Experience facilitating discovery and design workshops to foster alignment and drive innovative experiences.
· Proficiency in the latest design tools and software, such as Figma and In Vision to create exceptional designs.
· Maintain an efficient design delivery process through regular and clear communication with delivery teams, consistently meeting project schedules.
· Stay informed about emerging design UX and technology trends, demonstrating a desire to investigate, innovate, and develop new approaches.
· Collaborate with product and development teams to facilitate alignment and drive innovation through the experiences we deliver.
· Help maintain the consistency of UX guidelines, principles, templates and assets.
