Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Assist in the merchandising of the store including but not limited to product placement, store design and layout, cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store including but not limited to the receipt of goods, customer service, cash handling, sales, inventory and store maintenance.
- Creating and organising sales orders and customer deliveries
- Being part of a strong team with a customer focussed mindset
- Professional telephone manner that is engaging and trustwothy
- Forklift Driving
Qualifications:
- AMTRA (*see below for more details)
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have an outstanding professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong and adaptable computer skills
Work Schedule:
- 8:30am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
- 9am - 1pm (Saturday). Saturday is on a rota basis which is approx 1 in 3.
Our ideal candidate would have an AMTRA qualification. As our business centres around Farming there is a requirement to earn this qualification for selling certain products, this is achieved by training and then and exams process. More information can be found at www.amtra.org.uk. Full training will be given.
