Personal Assistant


 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence, including drafting emails and letters
  • Manage filing systems and maintain confidential records
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Liaise with other members of staff and external parties as required
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as coordinating household maintenance and errands
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Director

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • personal assistant: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Chinese (preferred)
