Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Handle phone calls and correspondence, including drafting emails and letters
- Manage filing systems and maintain confidential records
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Liaise with other members of staff and external parties as required
- Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as coordinating household maintenance and errands
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Director
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £20.00-£30.00 per hour

- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
