We are looking for Clinical Interviewers to join our Clinical Interview Team and support us in putting people in places to care.
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week)
The job holder will be required to work flexibly between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 over Monday to Friday. With Some Weekend Working Required on a Ad-Hoc Basis
Location: Homebased / Remote Working - Candidates can also work from one of our Sites we have offices in Leeds, Manchester and Hemel Hempstead !
Salary: £32,000 - £36,800 per annum / Plus the opportunity to take advantage a range of our unique Rewards and Benefits
The Responsibilities:
- Carry out interviews using online technologies (MS Teams)
- Utilise knowledge and clinical background to create interview templates
- Utilise your clinical background & experience to assess candidates on Competence and Experiences.
- Assess applicants to determine they can work safely and effectively in the NHS as a Bank Worker
- Participate in clinical audits, policy, guidelines, and process review
- Provide peer support to Clinical Interviewers across the organisation.
- Provide excellent customer service to all applicants, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilise clinical expertise to contribute to the corporate Education and Training strategy as well as the interview experience

About The Candidate
- Registered Nurse / Midwife with current NMC registration or Registered Allied Health Professional with current HCPC registration.
- Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development
- Extensive experience working in a healthcare setting at a senior level.
- Experience of interviewing registered and unregistered healthcare professionals
- Ability to manage own workload and work un-supervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent record keeping and documentation management skills
- IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Teams
