About the role
Apprenticeships provide an opportunity for the University to offer employers focused education to boost business performance and provide work-based learning opportunities as part of the Universities’ portfolio.
The Apprenticeship Hub team is currently recruiting for an Apprenticeship Administrator to provide critical dedicated and efficient administration support for Apprenticeship funded programmes, specifically relating to compliance and ESFA funding requirements.
This is a pivotal role reporting to the Director of Apprenticeships working alongside a number of key internal and external stakeholders, to underpin the ongoing successful recruitment and achievement of our apprentices.
About you
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a range of internal and external audiences including academic staff, professional services departments, employers, and stakeholders. You will be impact-based in your approach to ensure that the focus is on providing apprentices with an outstanding experience.
You will be able to demonstrate high levels of competence in standard office ICT applications. You will also have a proven strong track record in organisational skills within an administration role to establish professional priorities within your workload.
